What are the five energy-saving principles of frequency converter?

With the promotion of frequency conversion technology and the promotion of frequency converter merchants, many friends subconsciously use frequency converter and energy-saving pictures. In fact, the core function of frequency converter is speed regulation, followed by energy saving. 1. Frequency conversion energy saving:

In addition to meeting the requirements of power drive, the excess force increases the consumption of active power, which leads to the waste of electric energy. When the pressure is high, the running speed of the motor can be reduced. It can also save energy under constant pressure. When the motor speed changes from N1 to N2, the change of motor shaft power (P) is as follows: P2 / P1 = (N2 / N1) 3, indicating that reducing the motor speed can achieve considerable energy saving effect.


2. Dynamic regulation and energy saving:


Adapt to the load change quickly and provide the most effective voltage. The frequency converter has 5000 times / s measurement and control output functions in the software, which makes the output of the motor always keep efficient operation.


3. The V / F curve can be adjusted automatically through the frequency conversion function:


The V / F curve can be adjusted automatically when the motor output torque is guaranteed. The output torque and input current of the motor are reduced to save energy.


4. Frequency conversion start energy saving:


When the motor starts at full voltage, due to the starting torque of the motor, it needs to absorb 7 times of the rated current of the motor from the grid. The starting current is large and the grid voltage and voltage fluctuate. There are still many damages, which will increase the line loss and damage. After soft start, the starting current can be from 0 - rated current of the motor, reducing the impact of starting current on the power grid, saving power charges, and reducing the inertia of starting inertia, so as to ensure the use of high inertia equipment and extend the equipment.


5. Improve power factor and save energy:


The motor generates torque through the electromagnetic action of stator winding and rotor winding. The winding has inductive effect. For the power grid, the impedance characteristic is inductive, and the motor absorbs a lot of reactive power when it is running, resulting in a low power factor. After adopting the frequency conversion energy-saving governor, because its performance has been changed to AC-DC-AC, the load characteristics have changed after rectifying and filtering.
